• Click Calendar in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
• Find and right-click My Calendars.
• Click Open Calendar.
• Type &FRS.app and click the search box that appears for from directory.
• Wait for the system to locate &FRS.Apparatus.Movement and then click it to select the calendar.

Note: The Apparatus Calendar now appears in your calendar list. If there is a checkbox next to it, the apparatus info will appear merged with your own calendar data. Simply click the name of the calendar in your calendar list to turn off the data (hide it from your calendar view).
