- Click the picture of the silhouette/avatar at the top-right of the screen.
- Find and click the Change link immediately beneath the silhouette/avatar.
- Click the picture of the file folder.
- Navigate to the location of your saved graphic.
- Double-click the file. You should briefly see little dots rotating in a circular pattern but nothing else will happen.
- Click the Save link.
Office
Change the Overall Theme (Color/Image) of Outlook 365
- Click the gear symbol at the top-right of the screen.
- Select Change Theme.
- Choose the theme you prefer.
- Click the OK button above the selections.
Have Outlook Show the First Message in Your Reading Pane (Preview Pane).
- Click the gear symbol at the top-right of the screen.
- Choose Display Settings. The Message List options will load by default.
- Click Reading Pane.
- Choose Select the First Message in the List from the On Sign-In.
- Click the OK button above the options.
Show the Reading Pane (Preview Pane) at the Bottom of the Screen
- Click the gear symbol at the top-right of the screen.
- Choose Display Settings. The Message List options will load by default.
- Click Reading Pane.
- Select Show Reading Pane at Bottom.
- Check the Apply to All Folders box if you would like this setup for all mail folders.
- Click the OK button above the options.
Show/Hide a One or Two Line Message Preview in Your Message List
- Click the gear symbol at the top-right of the screen.
- Choose Display Settings. The Message List options will load by default.
- Click Show Preview Text or Hide Preview Text.
- Click the OK button above the options.
Set up Automatic Replies (Out of Office)
- Click the gear symbol at the top-right of the screen.
- Choose Set Automatic Replies (also located in Options | Organize E-Mail | Automatic Replies).
- Select Send Automatic Replies, identify a timeframe and type the message you would like to use in your reply.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen. Note: You may need to scroll down to see it.
Delete a Message in the Inbox
- Determine which message you would like to delete.
- Click the red X to the right of the message.
View the Apparatus Calendar in Outlook 365
- Click Calendar in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
- Find and right-click My Calendars.
- Click Open Calendar.
- Type &FRS.app and click the search box that appears for from directory.
- Wait for the system to locate &FRS.Apparatus.Movement and then click it to select the calendar.
Note: The Apparatus Calendar now appears in your calendar list. If there is a checkbox next to it, the apparatus info will appear merged with your own calendar data. Simply click the name of the calendar in your calendar list to turn off the data (hide it from your calendar view).
